Concert Declaration of Love
Directorate General for Assistance to Foreign Missions has the honour to inform you that on March 4–5, 2011 in the National Opera House of Ukraine is held the VII th concert “ Declaration of Love”.
The author and Music Director — the Conductor of the National Opera of Ukraine, Ambassador of the Ukrainian culture Maestro Herman Makarenko.This year, men will declare their love to women in the language of classical opera’ s younger sister, operetta, as in this year’s concert program are represented works of world’ s most famous composers of the classical genre of operetta J. Offenbach, J. Strauss, I. Kalman and F. Lehбr. It is their fiery tune, singing and dancing from the operetta “ Madame Favart”, “ Orpheus in Hades“, “ The Gypsy Baron”, Silva, Maritza, «Mr. X», Merry Widow which will enchant hearts of women who will attend the concert.
This year as in past years will declare their love artists-soloists of the National Opera of Ukraine L. Alekseeva, A. Maslakov, A. Hanyukov, M. Hubchuk, Y. Gorin, soloists of the ballet of National Opera of Ukraine K. Pozharnytskyy, S. Tykhyy, the choir Credo, orchestra “ Kyiv Classic” etc.
